Old Ham Tree Pub : Holt
The Old Ham Tree Pub in Holt is around 300 years old and was originally called the New Inn when it was also a brewery and a malthouse as well. The pub is supposedly haunted with regulars in the past having seen a mysterious grey lady, We never heard anything go bump in the night though! This listed village pub and former coaching house serves fantastic food and has a rich history with colorful local regulars and is located on the edge of the Cotswolds. It still retains the original horse trough, horse hay feeder and cobblestones in its cellar. Visited and stayed at with my Wife.
