This is a video of a 60 minute microlight flight that I took in a Medway SLA-80 fitted with Rotax 912 engine which has been condensed down to 17 minutes but it includes the take off, climbing, cruising, descent, final approach and the landing.

We took off from the Cross In Hand airstrip and flew over Blackboys, Framfield, Uckfield, Isfield, Ringmer, Lewes, Beddingham, Firle, Alciston, Drusillas, Polegate before landing back at the Cross In Hand airstrip with an average cruise speed of around 70mph at 1200ft.
